The Tanguá Park is one of the major parks of the city of Curitiba, capital of the Brazilian state of Paraná. Is located in the north region of the city.
Occupies an area of 235 thousand m² , and ensures the preservation of North Basin of the Barigüi river, close to your source, in the municipality of Almirante Tamandaré. Has two lakes and an artificial tunnel. It is also equipped with anchorage, bike path, the race track, cafeteria and two car parks for cars (in the lower and upper area).
In the upper area is located Poty Lazzarotto Garden, inaugurated on 6 June 1998 by the then Prefect Cassio Taniguchi. The name is a homage to the local artist Poty Lazzarotto. Annex, there is a belvedere at 65m from the lake of lower area.
