Who is going to give time to a Maragogi simple scenario, a small city and to rest. Many people who visit the place want to escape the rush of capital and enjoy the atmosphere of a quiet place, with beautiful beaches - one for each day of travel. The differential of the city is that its beaches, almost always accompanied by coconut trees, gain shapes, completely different when compared at high tide and at low tide.In several beaches you can walk several meters sea inside without which the water level rises too. Between the beaches that we indicate and that you should not fail to know are do Xaréu, Ponta de Mangue and Antunes (already in the division with Pernambuco).

In addition to the sea, it is worth to devote time to the gastronomy of the region. Fish and seafood are always the menus of the restaurants and have the advantage of being served chilled. To prove a local creation, the tip is to go to the house of Tia Marlene and confer as are manufactured the cakes of Goma, also known as sequilhos.
